How we handle enquiries and optional analytics
18 October 2026
Information you give us
Contact and quote forms collect the contact details, service preferences, and project description you choose to submit. The booking form collects your contact details, requested appointment slot, and meeting preference. Please do not include sensitive medical records, passwords, or confidential customer data.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to your request, arrange meetings, and follow up on the services you ask about. The website queues enquiry notifications by email; reservations are stored in a restricted server-side booking file. We also retain an enquiry reference and limited campaign attribution (source, medium, campaign, landing page) to understand where enquiries originate. The campaign ledger does not contain your message, name, email or phone.
Analytics and your choice
Google Analytics is optional. The analytics script is not loaded unless it is configured and you expressly allow it. You can later change your choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of the page. We do not use analytics events to send names, email addresses, phone numbers or project briefs.
Other services and security
Some pages request fonts from Google Fonts and use GeoJS to estimate visitor country for regional presentation. Opening WhatsApp or an email link uses the corresponding external service. Booking confirmation emails may use the configured mail provider. We use access restrictions for stored booking/enquiry records, but no online system is risk free.
Retention and your rights
We keep enquiry and booking information for business correspondence and administration; the precise retention schedule and applicable legal grounds must be confirmed by the website owner. You can request access, correction or deletion where applicable, or ask how long your information will be retained.
